Statements Options for contact cards

Customer edit form:

• Contact Card tab -> New Contact pop-up:
  • Statements checkbox:
    • Was added on “Always forward a copy of” block;
    • If the checkbox is checked:
      1. Email of user with checked checkbox is displayed in the Email Address dropdown on the Send Email panel;
      2. After selecting of email in dropdown -> For this user is sent Statement of Accounts PDF;
    • If the checkbox isn’t checked:
      1. Email of user with checked checkbox is hidden in the Email Address dropdown on the Send Email panel.
