On Transfer Order list form was added the ability to upload excel files with existing items.
Excel file should contain next columns:
- Item Name
- Description
- Qty
- Store From
- Store TO
Once excel file has been uploaded the Transfer order will be created automatically according to the entered stores and item availability:
- If in Store From is enough QTY for the transfer, the Transfer order will be created in status “Received”
- If in Store From is not enough QTY for the transfer, the Transfer order will be created in status “Pick list”
After uploading file if all data is valid and items are existing in the system the message will be displayed: “All Items were imported to Transfer Orders successfully. N Transfer orders were created.”
