Settings on item edit form to not update cost/price automatically

Item edit form:

  • “Do not update cost automatically”:
    • The checkbox was added on the General tab for Inventory/Non Inventory/Service/Assembly items;
    • Isn’t checked by default;
    • If the checkbox is checked:
      1. Last cost/Avg cost/List cost, Vendor list cost automatically aren’t updated on the Vendor tab;
      2. Last cost/Avg cost/List cost, Vendor list cost updatings are turned off after creating PO/IR/Bill;
    • If the checkbox is checked for all items in Order PO/IR/Bill:
      1. Isn’t displayed pop-up with message “Do you want to update vendor list cost”;
  • “Do not update price automatically”:
    • The checkbox was added on the General tab for Inventory/Non Inventory/Service/Assembly items;
    • Isn’t checked by default;
    • If the checkbox is checked:
      1. Selling price (on General tab) /Price (on Customer tab) aren’t updated automatically; 
      2. Selling price/Price updatings are turned off after creating SO/Invoice;
      3. Price A/B/C are marked in the Base column as Fixed.
