When the Scan Items & Log Exception pop-up is opened -> focus is displayed in the Qty per Case field.
To check this, the user needs to do the next steps:
- Open Physical Inventory Count Order -> Click on Scan Items button;
- Add information In the “Scan item” field or in the “Search or scan item”;
- After that focus on the “Qty per Case” field.
