Add List Cost on Item and Customer edit forms

Assign Price on Item edit:
- Price Base drop-down:
  - was added the “List Cost” option;
- List Cost column:
  - was added to the Datagrid;
  - displayed list cost from Item edit general tab;
Assign Price on Customer edit:
- Price Base drop-down:
  - was added the “List Cost” option to Custom Price.
