CBM column:
- Was added to the Bill edit Datagrid/Column Selector;
- By default taken from:
- SLT if Bill was created after SLT Order;
- IR if Bill was created after IR Order.
Recalculate CBM button:
- Was added to the Bill edit form;
- If no one item is selected/checked is disabled;
- After clicking on the button, the CBM for selected/checked items is recalculated based on Purchase Carton & CBM rules from item edit;
- Logic is the same as on SLT Order.
