Scan Items on Physical inventory

Scan Item multi-button was added to the Physical Inventory Count.

• Contains two buttons: Scan Items/Scan Items History;
• After clicking on the Scan Items button -> Scan items pop-up is opened;
• After clicking on the Scan Items History button -> Scan Items History panel is opened;
• Buttons work the same as on the Item Receipt edit form.

Scan Items History panel:

• Scanned Items:
  1. Date contains date & Time of creating log;
  2. Item;
  3. Scanned Qty;
  4. Expected Qty;
  5. Qty per Case / Num. of Cases / Cartons per Pallet / Num. of Pallets;
  6. Location;
  7. User;
• Log Exception:
  1. is the same tab as on IR;
  2. Qty per Case / Num. of Cases / Cartons per Pallet / Num. of Pallets.

Scan items pop-up:

• Works the same as on the IR with log exception logic;
• Loose Qty textbox:
  • is added to the pop-up and displays in item log / Log exception.

Scanned Qty column:

• Is added to the Physical Inventory Count Datagrid;
• Contains: “N of M”;
  • N – scanned qty;
  • M – Expected. qty;
• Rules the same as on IR.

Units per Case/cases qty

• Columns are hidden from the Physical inventory count form.
