On Scan Items ability to take a photo from webcam and auto attach

Attach a file multi-button.

Camera button is added to the multi-button.

Camera button:

• After clicking on the button -> the pop-up is opened with the ability to “Take Photo” from web-cam;
• The photo is automatically attached to the item.
