Added ability to create Bill and Invoice directly from Item Receipt without Ship Order creation.
If in Company Settings switch on ability to: “Automatically create Receipt/Bill/Invoice in processed PO” then for the processed PO additional button “Save & Create Receipt/Bill/Invoice” is displayed.
“Save & Create Receipt/Bill/Invoice” button is added to the PO edit form with related SO. After clicking on the button Item Receipt edit form will be opened to create Bill/Invoice automatically without Ship Order creation
Changes in Item Receipt:
The label “Creating Bill and Invoice directly”. Should be added if IR was opened after clicking on the “Save & Create Receipt Bill Invoice” and creating Bill and Invoice without Ship Order to the related SO creation.
“Actual Invoice and Bill Date”. This Date will be displayed on the created Bill and Invoice after Item Receipt processing.
“Price Details” button is added if Item Receipt is opened after clicking on the “Save & Create Receipt Bill Invoice”. Opens Price Details Panel. Displayed if at least one Item has related SO.
“Price Details” Panel:
Item Details panel contains list of items from item Receipt with information about costs and rates from related SO.
