Quickview edit mode on SLT

On SLT tab was added Quickview mode.

1. SLT #:
   • is clickable on SLT/Item Receipt list forms;
   • after clicking on the number ->  the Quick View panel is opened;
2. Quick View panel:
   • all data is  read only;
   • all data is taken from related SLT order;
   • contains:
     • Fields:
       1. SLT#;
       2. Forwarder;
       3. Store;
       4. Booking #;
       5. Container #;
       6. Departure Date;
       7. Export Port;
       8. Est. Arrive Date;
       9. Import Port;
       10. Scheduled Delivery date;
       11. Container Size;
     • Datagrid:
       1. PO # is clickable;
       2. Vendor;
       3. Item name;
       4. Description;
       5. Shipment Qty;
       6. COGS;
       7. Landed Cost ;
       8. Total/Item;
     • Total Shipment Qty;
     • Total COGs;
     • Total Landed cost;
   • Edit Order button -> the SLT edit form is opened and clickable.
