Add Company Setting for default settings on Sale order – Popular Item (item count and date range)

Company settings -> Sales Order changings:

1. Compare screen settings were moved to the right column;
2. Substituted/Related Items panel was moved to the right;
3. Popular Items panel block was added and contains:Default Popular items dropdown:
   • • contains the next values:
       • 1 time;
       • 3 times (selected by default);
       • 5 times;
       • 10 times;
     • If one of the options is selected -> such option is selected by default on:
       • Desktop -> Popular items panel;
       • Mobile – > Popular items page;
     • If an empty option is selected in company settings -> by default -> 1 time;
   • Default Date Range dropdown:
     • contains next options:
       • This Month;
       • Last 3 Months;
       • This Year;
       • Last Year;
     • If one of the periods is selected -> such period is selected by default on:
       • Desktop -> Popular items panel;
       • Mobile – > Popular items page.
