Add Refresh Button by Landed Costs

Landed Cost tab has 3 new things:

• Refresh button that refresh everything, but don’t loose entered data;
• Button “Clear”  that clear all data on the tab;
• After click on “Add Landed Cost” window isn’t closed, just refreshed.
