Transfer Orders logic updatings

Transfer Order tab logic was changed.

Transfer Order list form view:

  • Was deleted the first layer of Buckets from Transfer order list form;
  • Filters:
    • Store From drop-down was added to filter panel – contains the list of stores in the system;
    • Source # is displayed instead of SO # – search Transfer by linked SO/IR;
  • Booked bucket/status was renamed to the “In process”;
  • Arrived status was deleted;
  • Source column is displayed instead of SO # column – displays linked SO/IR.

Transfer Order edit form view:

  • Related Documents tab was added to the transfer order edit form and contains:
    • Created date & time
    • User Name – who has created transfer;
    • Related Documents:
      1. Sale order;
      2. Ship Order;
      3. Item Receipt;
  • Log tab was added to the transfer order edit form -> displayed log: Text: “Order was processed”.

Create Ship order/Item Receipt for Transfer Order:

  • Transfer Order SHO/IR logic:
    • Transfer Request -> Once Transfer Request has been created:
      • Transfer Request is created in Bucket Requests;
      • Items qty isn’t allocated from stock;
      • Ship Order isn’t created for it;
    • Transfer Order in Status “Draft” – items qty isn’t allocated from stock:
      • Save & Process button -> the Transfer is moved to the “In Process Status”;
    • Transfer Order in Status “In process” – items qty is allocated from stock:
      • Ship Order is created in status “Ready to Ship”;
      • Pick order is possible to create;
      • Shipped Qty column is added to the Transfer datagrid if something has been shipped;
    • Transfer Order in status “In Transit”:
      • transfer moves to the status once all ship Orders linked to Transfer orders Shipped column was added;
      • Item Receipt is generated automatically in status Draft -> IR will be with internal Vendor;
      • Create Receipt button is added to the TO. After clicking on the button:
        • if Draft order exist -> IR Draft is opened;
        • if Draft order doesn’t exist -> new IR is opened;
      • Received Qty column was added to the datagrid if something has been received;
    • Transfer Order Order in status “Received”:
      • transfer moves to the status once all Item Receipts  linked to Transfer orders have been Received;
      • items qty will be added to the Store TO;

Ship Order created for Transfer order:

    • If SHO was created from Transfer Order:
      • Customer Label is displayed the name of Internal Customer with the store same as “Ship TO” in Transfer order.
        • If exists many internal Customers with same stores -> is taken the first one;
        • If Customer does not exist -> Customer is generated automatically. Customer name is  the same as “Ship From store” in Transfer order;
      • Customer representative label is hidden;
      • Transfer Order number is added to the Related Documents;
      • Item Status:
        • If was created In Process/In Transit Transfer -> SHO line item status is “Ready To Ship”;
        • If Ship order was shipped -> SHO line item status is “Shipped”;
    • To Shipping Orders tab were added Store filter and column.

Item Receipt for Transfer Order:

  • If IR was created from Transfer Order:
    • Vendor Label is displayed the name of Internal Vendor with the store same as “Ship From” in Transfer order:
      • If exists many internal Vendors with the same stores -> is taken the first one;
        • If Vendor does not exist -> Vendor is generated automatically. Vendor name is the same as “Ship To store” in Transfer order;
        • Transfer Order number is added to the Related Documents;
      • Total Units -> is possible to edit field;
      • Once IR has been received -> the received qty is added to the Transfer;
      • Related Bill – Bill isn’t generated for the Item Receipt;
    • Order statuses filter design was changed;
    • On Item Receipts list was added the ability to filter IR by store.

Internal Customer/Vendor:

  • Edit forms:
    • Internal Customer / Internal Vendor checkbox:
      • was added to Customer/Vendor edit forms;
      • enabled only during creation Customer/Vendor – once Customer/Vendor has been created the checkbox is disabled;
      • if the checkbox is checked:
        • Customer/Vendor isn’t synched to QB;
        • Store drop-down is added to Customer/Vendor;
    • Store dropdown:
      • displayed only if the Internal Customer/Vendor checkbox is checked;
      • enabled only during creation Customer/Vendor:
        • once Customer/Vendor has been created the drop-down is disabled;

  • Customer/Vendor center:
    • Internal Customer / Internal Vendor checkbox is added to the filter panel. If the checkbox is checked should be displayed only internal Customer/Vendor.

 

 

Item list form:

  1. In Transit
    • the column is added to the item list:
      1. to data grid;
      2. to the column selector;
    • is displayed for : inventory/assembly items;
    • In Transit = sum (item qty in Transfer status in transit);
    • After clicking on the value -> Open In transit tab in Item Statistic.

Also:

  • The same document numbers aren’t used on Partial Receive from TO;
  • After Ship -> auto-create IRC in the draft if user click “No”.
