Po Request Notifications

Purchase order settings was added to the Company settings:

  • “Notify when PO Request was created” checkbox. If the checkbox is checked, the “User to Notify” is enabled and required.
  • “User to Notify” drop-down contains the list of active users in the system. If the checkbox is checked and the user is selected -> the email and task are created for the selected user.

Email/Tasks:

  • Subject: “PO Request was created for [Item Name]”;

  • Text: “PO Request was created for [Item Name] – [description] with qty: N”;

  • if POR has related SO, the text is “PO Request was created for [Item Name] – [description] with qty: N for [SO-XXXXX]”.
