SLT statuses changing

On SLT was changed location of Custom Field and Custom Dictionary. Now they are located in one line.

Also was changed location of SLT statuses. They are on Save & Receive multibutton.

SLTs Status color designation logic:

• If SLT is Draft – Status is Grey;
• If SLT has Departed Date -> Click on Save & Depart – Status is Blue;
• If SLT hasn’t Departed Date -> Click on Save & Depart – Status is Red;
• If SLT has Sched. Delivery Date -> Click on Save & Arrived  – Status is Green;
• If SLT hasn’t Sched. Delivery Date -> Click on Save & Arrived  – Status is Red;
• If SLT is Booked – Status is Orange;
