Accept & Charge button on Card payment panel on Customer Center

Accept & Charge button is able on Credit Card payment panel in Customer center.

After clicking on the button, the Charge payment pop-up opned to charge payment.

Charge payment pop-up is able on Invoice, SO and Payments too.
