“Quick print” and “Quick Save and Open PDF” buttons

For quick print/ Save and opening pdfs added two buttons:

• • Quick Print
    • after clicking on the button:
      • if printer is not selected in Printer settings -> the Select printer window should be opened
      • if printer is selected in Printer settings -> the document should be automatically printed
  • Quick Save & Open PDF
    • after clicking on the button:
      • the window should be opened for downloading documents
      • once doc has been downloaded it should be automatically opened
• Buttons are added to the:
  • Sale Order
  • Ship Order
  • Pick Order
  • Invoice
  • Customer credit
  • Purchase order
  • SLT
  • IR
  • Bill
  • Vendor Credit
  • Assembly Order
  • Vendor Quote
  • Physical Inventory count
