Cancel Date is added to the Shipping Date & Time pop-up datepicker (the same as on the SO edit form with the same data)
Date & Time settings -> Cancel Date setting is added to Company setting.
If checkbox is checked then on the Shipping Date & Time pop-up after the focus the date picker should be opened automatically
