Carton Total on Item Receipt edit form

Carton Total added to the Summary block in the bottom of the IR edit form

Carton Total is added to the the Item Receipt that is created:

• from Scratch
• PO -> IR
• SO-> PO -> Create Receipt/Bill/Invoice

Carton Total = sum (Num of Carton column)
