Added the ability to create SLT without the prefilled data.
For this ability Create SLT option was added to the following list forms and menus:
- Shipment Load Tracking list form
- Item Receipt -> Shipment load tracking tab
- Left Menu
- Collapsed Menu
- Top menu
On PO list if no one PO is selected after clicking on the “Create SLT Order” button -> the new empty SLT order will be opened. The same is for the Item Receipt/Create PO buttons
