Added ability to recalculate CBM on the SLT edit form directly
For this functionality was added Recalculate button on the SLT edit form
After clicking on the button
- CBM values should be updated and taken from the item edit form
- if rule was applied CBM taken from Item Purchase Rule
- If rule was not applied CBM taken from Item
