Marked BOM as Shipped when User receives Assembly Item from Production

After starting Assembly Item Production User has the possibility to go on Production form and clicking Auto Receive button to get BOM Items as shipped. 

1. if BOM Items are in stock then BOM Items are marked as shipped in background database 
2. if BOM Items aren’t in stock then BOM Items will be marked as shipped after receiving in stock
