New CRM sub-Module – Inventory Overview was added to the system Modules for Offers management.
After clicking on the option the “Find Items form” should be opened
Items tab
Filter panel
Contains such field for sorting as
- Item Name/SKU
- Item Description
- Department. Section is displayed if only in the system is at least one Department
- Brand. If system has at least one Brand the section should be displayed
- Category. If system has at least one Category the section should be displayed
- Item Set. If system has at least one Item Set the section should be displayed
and checkboxes:
- In Stock Only. If checkbox is checked then all items with qty in stock > 0 will be displayed
- Including Incoming Stock. If checkbox is checked then all items with in Process POs will be displayed

After clicking on the “x” icon all items in the datagrid will be unselected
Export button
Export to excel
After clicking on the button, the window should be opened to save excel file

After clicking on the button, the window should be opened to save PDF file
Set price button
multi button that contains:
- Item Markup
- Based on Previous Price
Item Markup
- Item Markup button disabled if no one item is checked
- After clicking on the button
- pop-up for entering markup will be opened
- the Sug. price will be changed according to entered Markup for all checked Items
- Sug. Price = Suggest Price * (1+ percent / 100)
Based on Previous Price
- Button disabled if no one Item is checked
- After clicking on the button
- the Sales Price will be changes on entered Markup for all checked Items
- the Sales Price should be increased/decreased according to the selected “+/-” button
- Sales Price = Sales Price * (1+ percent / 100)

- SKU. With Image in order to Item linked it

- Department
- Brand. If more than one Brand linked to item then “N Brands” should be displayed. After clicking on the label the list of linked Brands should be displayed
- Category. If more than one Category linked to item then “N Categories” should be displayed. After clicking on the label the list of linked Categories should be displayed
- Case Pack
- In Stock. In stock = not allocated+ allocated qty in stock in base UOM
- Allocated. Allocated = allocated qty in stock in base UOM
- Available. Available = In stock – allocated qty in base UOM
- Incoming. Incoming = sum (PO item qty not linked to any SO) in base UOM
- Orderable.
- taken from Item edit
- if on Item edit form checkbox is checked then the green icon will be displayed and should be possible to create PO request
- Safety Stock. Displayed Safety Stock qty from Item edit form
- Lead Time. Taken from Item edit form
- Total Cost. Total Cost = Avg Cost + Avg Landed Cost
- Sale Price. Sales Price = Price level A. With clickable arrow icon. After clicking on the icon, the Sales Price should be copied to the Sug. Price
- Sug. Price. By default zero
- Percent.
- if Suggest Price is empty then Percent = (Sales Price/Total – 1)*100
- if Suggest Price is filled then Percent = (Sales Price/Suggest Price – 1)*100
- Aging. Aging = (qty1 * age1 / qty + qty2*age2 / qty + qtyN*ageN)/sum(qty)
- qty 1 … qty N – particular qty in stock
- age 1 … age N – time in days (displays how long item in stock)
Create SO
after clicking on the button:
- the SO edit form should be opened
- if some items are checked then in SO should be only checked items

after clicking on the button:
- the PO edit form should be opened
- if some items are checked then in PO should be only checked items

Works the same as on the Find Items form - Use Price for suggestion

- Customer Type. Contains list of customer types

- if customer type is selected then after clicking on the button, the list of customers with selected type should be added to the datagrid
- if customer type is not selected then after clicking on the button, the empty row should be added in the end of the list

Send price sheet
- after clicking on the button the “Create Offer” Panel should be opened
- if some customers are checked then after clicking the Send Price Sheet button, the panel will be opened with checked customers
- if no one customer is checked then after clicking the Send Price Sheet button, the panel will be opened without customers
- Create Offer panel
- Create Offer panel is the same as on the Items tab
- Create offer button. After clicking on the button,
- the offer should be resent to selected customers
