Item Receipt edit form. Added Total COGS, Total Sales, Total net $, Total net % 

Added ability to be aware of the following Totals  on the Item Receipt edit form:

• Total COGS. Total COGS = sum (Amount)
• Total Sales. Total Sales = sum (Total Price)
• Total net $. Total Net $ = avg (Net)
• Total Net %.  Total Net % = avg (Net) in %
