User is able to convert currency as for Item cost as for Expenses cost on the Bill -> Currency panel
Brought changes for the Currency panel:
- Expenses is displayed on the Currency panel
- Item column is renamed to “Item\Expense”
- USD Amount column. Displayed expanse amount from Bill in USD.
- Amount column. Displayed expanse amount converted to the specified currency
