For the ability to choose Pickup date on the Sale order and Ship order edit forms, corresponding fields were added.
- Sale order. Pickup Date is displayed as on the edit form as on the pdf file
- Ship order. Pickup Date is displayed as on the edit form as on the pdf file. By default is taken from the corresponding Sale order
