If at least for one Item Ship Avail < Qty then the SHO status will be “Partially Ready to Ship”
If SHO status is “Partially Ready to Ship” this SHO should be displayed in “Not Ready to Ship bucket”
If SHO status is “Partially Ready to Ship” it should be displayed on Shipping Scheduled form. “Partially Ready to Ship” is added to the Filters in Order status dropdown
