For the bulk sending Invoices on some Date and time was implemented “Send on” functionality on the Send Email popup
“Send on” datepicker was added to
- Send Email on Invoice list
- Send Email on PO list
- Send email on Customer statements
If Send on was sent, after Send button clicking
- the emails won’t be sent immediately
- the emails will be sent according to the selected date & time
- the new icon with “pause emails” will be added to the checked invoices
- after pointing on the icon, the tooltip will be displayed: “Email will be sent on: [Date & time]”
- once email has been sent the “pause emails” icon will be changed to an envelop icon
