Cases on SHO should be counted according to the whole qty allocation

Expected result: Cases on SHO should be counted according to the whole qty allocation

Steps:

1. Create SO -> add Item with predefined Packaging settings
2. Add Qty that isn’t multiple to the Number of Cases
3. Process SO -> create SHO
4. Make sure that the Number of Cases increased by 1
