New options and fields on the Custom Dictionary form 

For the Custom Dictionary the following options and fields were added:

• Order type. For displaying Custom Dictionary on the particular Order type
• checkbox for the requirement of Custom Dictionary displaying on the set Order edit form
• Index. The order for displaying Custom Dictionaries on the Order edit form
