Ship Order. Prefilled From and To  fields on the Freight panel

By default should be displayed number of cases that weren’t added to any pallet or box

Steps:

Ship Order -> Freight item panel -> Add Items cases qty less than whole qty -> assign cases

Open Freight panel again -> Add the same Item -> be sure that in From To fields are prefilled cases that left from the first assign
