PO Dates tweaks

On the Purchase Order edit form for the Date area were implemented the following tweaks:

• Dates order: Expected Date – Cancel Date – Confirmed Date – Due Date
• All Date fields are empty by default
• Confirmed Date is implemented as Calendar
