The “Daily Store Summary” Report List form

Reports List from the Menu:

• was added the new Report to the List-> POS Sales block:
  • Daily Store Summary;
• after clicking on the report -> the corresponding form for the Report is opened.

Report “Daily Store Summary”:

• data is grouped by Store, then by date;
• Filters:
  • Date Range -> required date pickers for separated dates;
  • Store -> drop-down;
  • “Search” button;
• Datagrid:
  • contains next columns:
    • checkbox;
    • Date;
    • Store;
    • Sales;
    • Returns;
    • Discount;
    • Net Sales;
    • Gift Card Sales;
    • Voucher Sales;
    • Total;
• Total values -> are displayed at the bottom:
  • Total Sales;
  • Total Return;
  • Discount;
  • Net Sales;
  • Total Gift Cards;
  • Total Voucher;
  • Total;
• Rules:
  • for each of the day -> is displayed Total Sales of the day -> sum of all stores;
• After double clicking on the row -> the “Sales Transaction Report” Report list form is opened;
• “Export to Excel” button:
  • after clicking on the button the excel is downloaded with data from the datagrid;
  • if some lines are checked -> are downloaded only checked lines;
  • if no one line is checked -> are downloaded all lines from datagrid;
• is added the column selector.

OMS Web -> Settings -> Permission:

• was added new permission to Reports tab -> Reports List:
  • Can View Daily Store Summary Report:
    • was added under the “Can View Sales By Customer Type Report” checkbox;
    • if for user the checkbox is unchecked:
      • “Daily Store Summary” Report is hidden from the Report Menu List form.
