“Show order total on PDF/Web” / “Show item Amount on PDF / Web” checkboxes on the Invoice edit form

Invoice edit form:

• “Show order total on PDF/Web” checkbox:
  • was added to the Info / Invoice tabs;
  • by default is taken from the Sale order;
  • works the same as on the Sale order;
• “Show item Amount on PDF / Web” checkbox:
  • was added to the Info / Invoice tabs;
  • by default is taken from the Sale order;
  • works the same as on the Sale order.
