New General / Vendor Permissions

OMS Web -> Settings -> Permissions tab:

• were added new Permissions:
  • General bucket -> General List:
    • “View other Stores on the POS Sales / Sales by Rep Dashboard” checkbox:
      • was added next to the “View Offline” checkbox;
      • is checked by default;
      • if the checkbox is checked:
        • On the POS Sales Dashboard:
          • the “Store” dropdown is enabled;
          • if the user has checked “Prefill User Store” Preset -> by default is selected user store
      • if the checkbox is unchecked:
        • On the POS Sales Dashboard:
          • the “Store” dropdown is hidden;
    • “View only users from the user registered store” checkbox:
      • isn’t checked by default;
      • if the checkbox is checked:
        • On the all system:
          • the “User” drop-down isn’t disabled to edit;
          • in the drop-down are displayed only users who have same default store as registered user;
          • if the user has checked “Prefill User Name” Preset -> by default is selected registered user;
  • Vendor bucket:
    • “View Purchase Orders Requests” checkbox:
      • was next to the “Can View Other Users On Purchase Order” checkbox;
      • isn’t checked by default;
      • if the checkbox is not checked:
        • Purchase Order Requests tab is hidden from the PO list form;
    • “Manage Purchase Orders Requests” checkbox:
      • is checked by default;
      • if the checkbox is not checked:
        • the ability to create/delete PO requests isn’t enabled;
        • next button is hidden:
          • Delete PO Request;
        • next buttons are disabled:
          • Create PO;
          • Create PO Draft;
          • Create PO for each Customer;
        • next option is hidden:
          • Create Request panel -> Action -> Create PO Request;
    • “View other Stores on the PO Requests” checkbox:
      • is checked by default;
      • if the checkbox is not checked:
        • On the Purchase Orders Requests List form:
          • the “Store” drop-down is disabled to edit;
          • if the user has checked “Prefill User Store” Preset -> by default is selected user store;
          • is displayed store of the registered user if the user does not have a default store -> is displayed system default store;
      • if the checkbox is checked:
        • On the Purchase Orders Requests List form:
          • “Store” dropdown should be enabled;
          • if the user has checked “Prefill User Store” Preset -> by default is selected user store;
          • should be displayed all user in the system.
