“Exclude Gift Cards” / “Exclude Vouchers” checkboxes for Reports

Daily Sales Order Summary / Daily Sales Summary Report List form:

• “Exclude Gift Cards” checkbox:
  • was added at the bottom of the filter list;
  • isn’t checked by default;
  • if the checkbox is checked:
    • Gift Card isn’t counted in:
      • Daily Sales Order Summary -> Total Sales column / Totals at the bottom;
      • Daily Sales Summary -> Total Sales column / Sales Totals / Total Sale total values at the bottom;
• “Exclude Vouchers” checkbox:
  • was added next to the “Exclude Gift Cards” checkbox;
  • isn’t checked by default;
  • if the checkbox is checked -> the logic is the same as for the “Exclude Gift Cards” checkbox:
    • Vouchers will not be counted in the same places as written above for the Gift Card.
