Tweaks on the POS with linked Item Receipt

The bug was fixed:

• Point of Sale:
  • Point of Sale Order has linked Item Receipt:
    • Item Receipt -> Item Allocation panel -> Add Note:
      • Add Note icon: 
        • is hidden if SO is not linked to order;
      • if Note was added on IR -> This Note is displayed on the POS Order edit form;
      • the logic is the same as on the Load Orders panel on the POS:
        • it is displayed as Internal Note, not as Memo.
