PO list form. Possibility to create multiple IR drafts for one PO

It is possible to create multiple IR drafts for one PO

steps:

1. Create and Process PO

2. Select PO -> Click create Receipt on PO list form

Expected result: all the time should be opened existing PO

Actual result: every time creates a new draft receipt
