Discount Values on the Customer edit form

Customer edit form:

• Payment Settings tab:
  • “Credit Limit” field -> was renamed to the “Discount Amount”;
  • “Credit limit” textbox:
    • was changed logic;
    • when the user fills Credit Limit -> the “Discount Amount” isn’t filled in automatically.
