The “Bill Amount” on the Quote Requests list form

Quote Requests list form:

• “Bill Amount” value:
  • was displayed the full total from the related Bill;
  • now -> the logic is changed:
    • is displayed only sum (account) which are linked to SO.

Bill Edit form -> Expenses tab:

• “SO #” column:
  • was added to the Datagrid;
  • is displayed between the Customer and Billable columns.
