The ability to edit some fields on the “Item Receipt” edit form

Item Receipt edit form:

• If Order is in Received and created from Transfer order:
  • is enabled to edit next fields:
    • Top panel:
      • Reference#;
      • Brand;
      • Category;
    • Datagrid:
      • Item Description;
      • Brand;
      • Category;
      • Item Cost:
        • is automatically changed Amount;
        • is automatically changed next Total values:
          • Original Total; 
          • Receiving Total;
    • Bottom panel:
      • Terms and Conditions;
      • Notes;
  • “Save” button:
    • was added at the bottom of the form;
    • is always clickable;
    • after clicking on the button:
      • the IRC edit form is closed;
      • changes are saved;
      • the new cost is updated in the inventory table in DB.
