The “Export to Excel” button on the Consignments tab

Invoices List form -> Consignments tab:

• “Export to Excel” button:
  • was added near the “Create Invoice” button; 
  • is always clickable;
  • after clicking on the button:
    • is downloaded Excel file with all line items from the Datagrid;
    • the Excel file contains next columns:
      • Customer Name;
      • SO #;
      • Item Name;
      • Item Description;
      • SO Date;
      • Shipped Qty;
      • Sold Qty;
      • Remaining Qty;
      • UOM.
