Markers. Even though Marker length is zero, the reserve inventory should work correctly

Expected result: AO should be created, use in stock action should be applied

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create Marker length = 0

2. Open Desktop-> Create Marker Prod. Request

3. Created Request and Apply marker with zero length

4. Open View Item -> Reserve Inventory

5. Select “Use in stock” -> click Save & Process button
