Production Conversion on Markers should convert values accurately

After the following actions, the PO Qty should coincidence to the Production Request completely

1. create SO -> add assembly Item with sub Items that have UOM -> create Assembly Order -> process SO
2. on the Reserve Inventory panel click Create PO button
3. process PO
4. compare Qty on the Reserve Inventory panel and PO
