The “Contact Name” field on the Sale Order PDF

Sale Order edit form -> PDF file:

• “Contact Name” field:
  • was added next to the “Pickup” field;
  • if on the Sale Order edit form was filled “Contact Name” -> is displayed:
    • this Contact name is displayed on the PDF form.
