QuickBooks reports in the OMS

Desktop -> Reports menu:

  • “QuickBooks Reports” block:
    • were added new Reports:
      • Chart of accounts;
      • Items;
      • Customer list;
      • Vendor list;
    • after clicking on the reports -> are opened corresponding forms for Reports.

The “Quick Books Chart of accounts” Report List form:

  • Filters:
    • “Chart of Account” drop-down;
    • “Type” drop-down;
    • “View not synched” checkbox -> is checked by default;
    • Search button;
  • Datagrid:
    • contains next columns:
      • checkboxes;
      • Chart of Account;
      • Type;
      • Update Date;
      • Sync Status;
  • “Sync” button;
  • “Export to Excel” button;
  • Column selector.

The “Quick Books Items” Report List form:

  • Filters:
    • “Item” drop-down;
    • “Item type” drop-down -> contains next types:
      • Inventory;
      • Non-Inventory;
      • Assembly;
      • Payment;
      • Group;
      • Other Charge;
      • Discount;
    • “View not synched” checkbox -> is checked by default;
    • Search button;
  • Datagrid:
    • contains next columns:
      • checkboxes;
      • Item Name:
        • items with Types:
          • Inventory;
          • Non-Inventory;
          • Assembly;
          • Payment;
          • Group;
          • Other Charge;
          • Discount;
      • Item Description;
      • Item Type;
      • Update Date;
      • Sync Status;
  • “Sync” button;
  • “Export to Excel” button;
  • Column selector.

  • Filters:
    • “Customer” drop-down;
    • “View not synched” checkbox -> is checked by default;

      • Balance;
      • Update Date;
      • Sync Status;
  • “Sync” button;

The “Quick Books Vendor List” Report List form:

  • Filters:
    • “Vendor” drop-down;
    • “View not synched” checkbox -> is checked by default;
    • Search button;
  • Datagrid:
    • contains next columns:
      • checkboxes;
      • Vendor;
      • Balance;
      • Update Date;
      • Sync Status;
  • “Sync” button;
  • “Export to Excel” button;
  • Column selector.

OMS Web -> Settings -> Permission:

  • were added new permissions to the Reports tab -> Reports List:
    • “Can View Quick Books Chart of accounts Report” checkbox:
      • if for the user the checkbox is unchecked:
        • “Quick Books Chart of accounts” Report is hidden from the Report Menu List form;
    • “Can View Quick Books Items Report” checkbox:
      • if for the user the checkbox is unchecked:
        • “Quick Books Items” Report is hidden from the Report Menu List form;
    • “Can View Quick Books Customer List Report” checkbox:
      • if for the user the checkbox is unchecked:
        • “Quick Books Customer List” Report is hidden from the Report Menu List form;
    • “Can View Quick Books Vendor List Report” checkbox:
      • if for the user the checkbox is unchecked:
        • “Quick Books Vendor List” Report is hidden from the Report Menu List form.
