The “Manufacturer’s Part #” column on the Item Receipt edit form

Item Receipt edit form:

• “Manufacturer’s Part #” column:
  • was added to the Datagrid;
  • was added next to the “Item Name” column;
  • works the same as on the Purchase Order edit form:
    • “Manufacturer’s Part #” is taken from the item edit form;
  • if at least one item has MPN -> “MPN” column is displayed on the Item Receipt PDF;
  • if the item has no MPN -> “MPN” column is hidden on the Item Receipt PDF.
