“Suggest PO” button on the Purchase Order

Purchase Order edit form:

• “Suggest PO” button:
  • was added to the Actions multi-button  -> up to the Datagrid;
  • is always clickable;
  • after clicking on the button -> the “Suggest Stock” pop-up is opened;
• “Suggest Stock” pop-up:
  • is displayed the “Suggest Stock” pop-up the same as on the Item List, but with some changes:
    • left Side (Selling Criteria):
      • the user has the ability only manually fill filters on the filter panel;
      • “Preferred Vendor” dropdown:
        • was added;
        • single select;
        • by default is selected vendor from a related PO;
        • if the vendor is selected -> in the Datagrid will be displayed items linked to the vendor;
      • “Suggest Store To” dropdown:
        • is filled PO Store by default;
        • user has the ability to select many stores;
      • “Apply” button:
        • after clicking on the “Apply” button -> Datagrid on the pop-up is filtered by entered criteria;
    • Right side:
      • “Qty” column:
        • when the user fills Qty -> after adding an item from the Suggest PO form -> the filled Qty is displayed on the “Store Info” panel with the appropriate store;
      • the “Create PO Request” button was renamed to the “Add Items” button:
        • after clicking on the “Add Items” button:
          • if no one item is checked -> were added all items from the Datagrid to PO;
          • if some items are checked -> were added only checked items from the Datagrid to PO;
          • the system automatically prefills item Qty from the corresponding Store(s).
