Not in stock Package type on the “Send to Pick” form

OMS Desktop -> Send to Pick pop-up:

• If the user selects “Package” type which is not in stock:
  • after clicking on the “Generate Label” button:
    • isn’t created PO Request;
    • the package is in “Not Reserved” status.
