Clear button for Country filters, Carrier and Package fields should work correctly

After clicking the Assign button and assigned Carrier or Package to Order, Carrier and Package fields should be cleared (works as on Pick List “Assign Picker”)

If no one order is checked or checked only SOs the Assign Carrier button should be disabled. If no one order is checked Assign Package button should be disabled.

Should be possible to delete not used Country in Dictionary
